We know that there are many time constraints during a home sale or purchase. We understand that and we will provide you with a dedicated contact phone number, a dedicated email address to contact us and easy online scheduling portal plus a customer portal to request estimates, approve estimates, add change orders and pay online. We do NOT subcontract our work. All work is done by our company. We are not an hourly based company all work is flat rate.

Due to the time constraints on your pending contracts, we try to complete estimates and light repairs generally within 1 week of approval

Online Customer Portal to schedule and request service. Just upload the inspection report to the portal. There is no need for multiple email.
We can schedule other services and contractors needed so you don't have to.
Flat Rate Pricing so there are no surprises.
While we are at the home, we will do a visual check to see if there are any issues in our specialties that need addressed such as wood rot, carpentry cracks and etc.
